Brad has been in the collision industry since 1985. After getting his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State in Wichita KS, he took over management responsibilities, and in 1999 he and his wife, Tracie, purchased the business. Hard work and dedication to doing things right are the traits that he requires for himself and his staff.

Kenny Thompson

General Manager

Kenny started in the collision industry in 1988, and has been with Shelton since 1995. His experience lends him to many different roles. From estimates to repair plans, to researching repair procedures, to overall management of the facility. He is I-CAR Platinum Certified which is the highest level of individual training one can achieve in our industry. His knowledge and customer service skills will convince you that your car is in good hands.

Don Cook
Don Cook
Production Manager

Don has always had a passion for automotive paint and painting cars, so he completed his education and became a Painter in 1987. In 1995, he started as our painter, but his skills were beyond just painting. He is now the Production Manager and Technical Advisor for the shop. His day consists of being the final check in making sure all repair procedures are being followed and documented to assure proper repairs that we can guarantee for lifetime. He knows our auto paint system like the back of his hand, so you can rest assured of a perfect color match. He is I-CAR Platinum Certified which is the highest level of individual training one can achieve in our industry.

Teresa Dionne
Office Manager

Teresa is new to the collision industry prior to joining the Shelton Collision team. Her background in customer service and office operations was a perfect step into her current job tasks. She is the face of Shelton Collision. She goes to great lengths to make everyone that comes through the door feel welcome and that they are in the right place. It’s a difficult time when someone has to visit an auto body repair facility and she helps our customers handle everything from how to file the claim, to setting up the rental cars, to consoling the customer, and walking them through the journey. You will be taken care of from the moment you make contact with her to when you drive off after picking up your newly repaired vehicle. You will be in good hands and well taken care of.
