As we all struggle to navigate these extraordinary circumstances, we want you to know that here at Shelton Collision Repair, our number one priority is the safety of our employees and customers. In response to the recommended protocols for COVID-19, we are doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus. Given these changes, below is a guide to better understand our protocols and how to work with us during this time:
OFFICE DOORS ARE NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Starting Wednesday, 5/13/2020, our facility is open to the public. This means that we are accepting walk-in traffic.
DO YOU NEED AN ESTIMATE?
We will continue to process estimate requests that are submitted through our online photo estimate tool. Please click here to start your estimate request. This will enable us to begin processing your claim and ensure your repair is scheduled.
We continue to take enhanced measures to clean and disinfect our facility as well as all vehicles repaired. Every vehicle will receive a thorough cleaning prior to vehicle delivery.
Further changes will be communicated through our Facebook page or directly to our customers as necessary. Our office is open for phone calls so we can answer any questions or concerns you have.
Most importantly, we are praying for everyone's health and safety. We know this too shall pass as long as everyone does their part. We've been here to help you for over 44 years and will continue to be here for you.
